“Some people didn’t dare come to my tearoom corner. They would just stare shyly out of the window, and I, to give them confidence, would go out into the street and hand out toffees. That’s where it all started.” Having come to Paris to study Fine Arts, Yohan Kim discovered the aesthetics and refined taste of French pastry. Its various aspects, which combine Beauty and Goodness, attracted him to make it his profession. He enrolled at the Ecole Lenôtre in 2008, then began working at La Table de Joël Robuchon. In 2017, he opened his first boutique and tearoom in Montmartre. For the festival, Yohan Kim will surprise you with Korean vegetarian dishes.
